High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience, education, and/or training.This is specialized non-sworn law enforcement work performing dispatching duties in the emergency call center of the University Police Department.Must pass a vigorous background investigation, to include psychological, physical, drug testing, and Computer Voice Stress Analysis.Successfully complete FDLE Physical Abilities Test (PAT).Must have a Florida driver’s license prior to employment.Must not have received a dishonorable discharge from any of the Armed Forces of the United States.Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving moral character, perjury, false statements or domestic violence.Must not have been convicted of any felony.Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Successful completion of Florida Law Enforcement Academy, received a passing score on the Florida State Law Enforcement Exam.
Must meet the requirement of Chapter 943, Florida Statutes.Law Enforcement Officer Base Pay: $50,000 Minimum qualifications: Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force
